:: How complicated can a profile that is to be coated be? Put simply: Schwarz coats almost everything that is long and straight. So mainly profiles, rolls or sheet coils, as well as wide plates. Modern windows or automobile profiles, for example, are very complex in their cross section. No problem. Our procedures allow the most complex of profiles to be coated at the highest quality and operating efficiency.
We focus on coating particularly sophisticated profile products such as plastic, wood and aluminium windows, car parts and building components for shop fitting and furniture production.
Depending on the coating material, very complicated and undercut profile moulds with narrow radii and special features such as e.g. profiles with inserted seals can be coated. So the products can be coated 360° all round with one or several film sheets.
